How to Meet YOUR Moment

PAUSE • Stillness & Silence

Before reacting to life's moments, create space to breathe and center. This intentional pause allows your nervous system to settle, opens access to your deeper wisdom, and empowers you to respond.

PERCEIVE • Notice The Narratives

With compassionate awareness observe what's actually happening inside and around you. Taking time to notice enables you to work with unconscious filters and biases revealing what's truly present.

PROCESS • Insight to Intention

Explore the meanings, patterns, and possibilities hidden within your experience. What is this moment revealing about yourself, your path, and your purpose? What has lead to this moment, and how do you want to show up for it?

PURSUE • Aligned Action

This moment presents an opportunity for conscious choice. Step into your agency and take ownership of your response.

PRACTICE • Being + Becoming

Each conscious moment creates capacity for the next. Through consistent return to awareness, meeting your moments with intention becomes who you are–not something you do.

My Approach

My approach is about weaving the liminal—I hold sacred space in the threshold between who you have been and who you are becoming.The liminal isn't just life's big transitions—birth, partnership, career path, and death. It's also the in-between spaces you move through each day: waking up in the morning, coming home from work, the moment before you greet your children, and even subtler shifts like when someone leaves the room or you're waiting between one thing and the next.We typically rush through these in-between spaces, yet this is where most of life actually happens—where discomfort quietly builds, where we operate on autopilot, and where we miss opportunities for something different.I draw from diverse wisdom traditions—Yoga, Meditation, Buddhism, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Herbalism, Breathwork, and EFT Tapping. These aren't theoretical frameworks but embodied practices that shape how I myself navigate life and weave the liminal.My practice incorporates two powerful methodologies:Ontological Coaching helps you become a conscious participant in your own life by developing awareness of how your moods, language, history, and ways of being unconsciously shape your reality.Meet Your Moment is a method I've developed through my self healing journey that recognizes each moment as a doorway to transformation. Rather than letting life happen TO you, learn to see what's possible FOR you.
